Home Care

  • Personal care services such as showering, bathing, grooming, meal preparation, supervision, and personal support -company;
  • Assist with cleaning so homes are clean, comfortable, accessible, and safe;
  • Referral to allied health services such as Occupational Therapists  to assess safety at home and other services to provide better healthcare outcomes;
  • Access to respite care at home, and assist family & primary carers to get a break;
  • Enabling participation in community, social activities, and cultural events;
  • Assistance with administrative tasks and rostering support staff;
  • Transport to attend regular medical appointments, shopping,  contact with relatives, activities of choice and general access to community to reduce isolation.


Garden Maintenance

  • Mowing and whipper snippering;
  • Weeding, planting and maintaining beds;
  • Pruning bushes and trees up to 1m in height;
  • Garden maintenance;
  • General yard clean-up;
  • Rubbish removal negotiable;
  • Extra costs for tip fees may apply
 

Help at Home

  • Regularly checking smoke alarms;
  • Changing light globes;
  • Tidying and decluttering;
  • Risk assessments, Occupational Therapy referrals, Safety Checks


Participants of the NDIS

 

Participants of the NDIS can choose from a wide variety of supports, individually tailored to their goals, with access to Sanden staff .

We will also continue to assist people to continue supports from their own “known carers” who have worked with them before or currently. 

Participants can be assured they will receive continuity of support, more tailored, expert care, assistance with recruiting, matching, and rostering as well as assistance for the support workers for job training and mentor support. 

We assist participants with negotiating and completing service agreements, rostering, and managing complaints.

  • Sanden staff have both lived experience and work experience in disability, NDIS and barriers that individuals face within the system;
  •  Sanden Support provides an advanced aged care, case manager with 30 years experience in the disability/aged care sectors  and Dementia Care.
  •  Advocacy and information on disability and aged care rights and access to NDIS and MyAged Care (MAC)
